When I heared four girls of Shanghai Business School jumped out of the balcony from the 6th floor ,for their domitory was on fire . I really hope that I am a qualified manager who can take preventive measures to avoid the disaster ,and offer help as soon as possible,if it really happened .

It takes a little hard work at first toremember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very littletrouble. It only needs early cultivation to become a power.
If I were a boy again, I would look on the cheerful side. Life is very muchlike a mirror: if you smile upon it, I smile back upon you; but if you frown andlook doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.

On the playground, there are all kinds of plants in turns. And if you stand a place, you can see lots of “NOTES” and “SIGNS”. For example, “Be quite, please.” “Don’t litter the rubbish.” And so on. It makes you feel our school sacred(神圣的). In the evening, all the lights are turned on. Everywhere are clear like the days.

It goes without saying that the youth is the best time of life，during which one's mental and physical states are at their peaks。 It takes relatively less time and pains to learn or accept new things in a world full of changes and rapid developments。 In addition，one is less likely to be under great pressure from career，family and health problems when young。 Therefore，a fresh mind plus enormous energy will ensure success in different aspects of life。
Of course，we all know：no pains，no gains。 If we don't make every effort to make good use of the advantages youth brings us，it is impossible to achieve any goals。 As students，we should now try our best to learn all the subjects well so that we can be well prepared for the challenges that we will face in the future。
少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲
几乎所有人都明白中国有一句老话:少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。透过阅读历史，我们从一个又一个的案例当中得知，这句话被证实是真确的。

We raised all the money ourselves to come six thousand miles to tell you adults you must change your ways. Coming here today, I have no hidden agenda.
